I was up on the ladder late last night and very early this morning putting up a very long string of LED icicle lights and the clips to hold them to our gutters. Due to how crazy this move has been and our complete lack of any trees and shrubs in the yard, I think this will likely be all we have for our 2023 outdoor Christmas light display.

Next spring, I plan to plant at least a couple trees, some bushes, and hopefully install a fence. All of these will be decorated for the 2024 light show. For now, this is all we have, and I'm quite content with that.

The move from KTracy Tower to KTracy Palace has been very stressful. Work has picked up for both of us, and while we're fortunate enough to be able to work from home, we've been keeping a busy schedule. The end result is unpacking taking longer than expected.

Some projects have gotten done, however. Early on, we installed a state of the art bidet from Kohler with heated toilet seat, warm water, and even an air filter for the toilet. Expect a product review for the Kholer bidet to come out sometime early next year. Additionally, I've installed shelving and a rod for handing clothes in the laundry room. Speaking of that, we also had a new washer, dryer, and fridge brought in. Despite that, we've unpacked about half of our boxes and a lot of what's left is going into the basement or staying in the garage for permanent storage.

We've also got some decisions to make regarding a lot of our duplicate stuff. Included in this move are a lot of things from KTracy Manor, my old house that I sold a little less than a year ago. A lot of our stuff is going to end up getting listed on my e-Bay account. So, if you're looking for some unique Kevin Tracy collectables, the opportunity will fast be approaching!

In the meantime, however, Katie and I have to get Christmas cards made. If you were invited to the wedding, you'll be on our list, so keep an eye out!
