CLASS REPRESENTATIVE TRACY: Good evening, friends. Last Tuesday, Mr. Schaudt, the Environmental Science teacher and Student Action For the Environment Sponsor kicked me out of his SRT for no reasonable cause. The next Gold Day, Thursday, I spoke to Mr. Schaudt about it.  He then decided to kick me out of S.A.F.E.  Upset after putting in well over a year of service to this student organization, I demanded a trial.  I was given that trail and it is set for December 11th.  I have therefore appointed Ministers Morgan and Duda to my defense team and Minister will be working closely with them.  If possible, he will make it to my trial as well.

The prosecution consists of one of my ex-girlfriends and the jury she has selected isn't well known for supporting my political and personal beliefs and I would find myself lying if I called them friends.  This is looking to be an uphill battle, but I assure you, Rob and Greg can conquer any hill they throw at us.

One major obstacle is that this trial will in no way be traditional.  My defense team will have no say in jury selection, I haven't even been accused of a crime yet.  The prosecution is still debating what that crime should be - though they think it will be related to something like 'degrading the name of SAFE.'

I will be formally accused by the end of this week.  I wanted to promise you that Rob and Greg will stop at nothing to prove me innocent of whatever they accuse me of. Carl knows more than anybody how much attention I give to the Environment and I believe that any lies the leftist wackos throw out there will be shot down easily by my Ministers.

Now, If you don't mind I have some things to prepare for and strategies to discuss with my legal team. I'm sorry, I have time for a question I think.

Q: Kevin, is the BPA going to stand behind you through this?

CLASS REPRESENTATIVE TRACY: Well, I have no reason to see why not.  The President of the BPA is an environmentalist and she and I tend to get along just fine.  Brian and Jake who are working with me on the web site team are also behind me 100%.  Obviously, I'm not saying everyone in the BPA is behind me, if that was the case, I would be president or vice president.  But I know the majority there is behind me.

I really have to get going. I'll keep you all informed.
